I bought in Modjeska Canyon and the house had some code issues with the county. Without the hard work of Russell, there's no way I'd have been able to buy this property and bring it up to code. Just a few months later, I'm all up to code and I couldn't be happier.Russell helped the sellers navigate through all the problems in selling a property like this. He went above and beyond what is expected from a real estate agent.
I was scared to buy this property due to the issues, but the information I was given from Russell were spot on, and I was actually able to get the house up to code for a bit less than he'd estimated.
