I bought in Modjeska Canyon and the house had some code issues with the county. Without the hard work of Russell, there's no way I'd have been able to buy this property and bring it up to code. Just a few months later, I'm all up to code and I couldn't be happier. Russell helped the sellers navigate through all the problems in selling a property like this. He went above and beyond what is expected from a real estate agent. I was scared to buy this property due to the issues, but the information I was given from Russell were spot on, and I was actually able to get the house up to code for a bit less than he'd estimated. Russell is a stand up human, and a terrific Realtor. If you are looking or selling in his area, you will be glad you chose him.

I needed to sell my home fast, and relocate due to a new job. Lauren was the best choice I could have ever made. She was positive, flexible and went above and beyond all expectations. Patty Mendoza was the best!

Patty is the best real estate agent we have used in our 50+ years. She is so focused, thorough, responsive and effective that we used her twice in a row. She helped us identify what to do to prepare the houses for sale and she was able to arrange contractors for any job we could not do ourselves. She is a master at managing difficult transitions (parents into senior living, divorce sale), ensuring every party is informed and comfortable. She was able to stage and price our homes effectively so we received offers over our asking price within the first few days of listing. When one of our buyers pulled out due to the rising interest rates last year, Patty never missed a beat and got us another solid offer within a short period of time. Patty is both realistic and optimistic and I learned over time that I could completely trust her input. She consistently identified and corrected items in the offers or other documentation that the other agents missed. Several other real estate agents we used before knowing Patty were somewhat effective, but they always made us feel they were doing just enough to get a deal done - emphasis on “a” deal as opposed to “the best" deal. Patty goes above and beyond. She made everything easy, while at the same time we felt completely and honestly informed every step of the way. 5 Stars on All Three Transactions!

Joanna did a fantastic job in representing Ted and I in all three deals where we needed a Realtor. We found Joanna during the pandemic when we were in the situation of needing to move. She helped us secure a home for our family during a very difficult time. Joanna guided us and helped us navigate the rental market at a time when it was out of control. When I was in a position to sell my property in the summer of 2022, we called Joanna. This was not an easy job due to the fact that LA County still had the rent moratorium in place. She worked endlessly to make this as smooth as possible for everyone. She was very professional every step of the way. When we finished he sale of that property we discussed with her our plans for purchasing our forever home in the next few months and she was on board. Joanna listened to what we wanted and what we need for our family. When the time was right, she started sending us the listings for properties that matched our wish list. We looked at many homes with her and spent time talking about the pros and cons of each home. We made offers on several properties and she advised us on pricing, locations, etc. Our home closed at the end of October and we moved in the middle of December. We couldn't be happier with the house, the community, and with Joanna as our realtor. She made all of the transactions run smoothly and had things all lined up and ready to go.
