Jennifer Carroll

Jenifer Carrol is a 20 year career veteran of the real estate industry and has specialized in commercial real estate, short sale negotiations, and residential resales. She has built a successful business one client and one home at a time. She recognizes and lives by the belief that quality of service is more valuable than quantity of sales. When you work with Jennifer you feel like you are her only client enjoying her undivided attention, no matter how busy she is at the time.
Jennifer is a second-generation Realtor, raised and mentored by a driven, highly successful businesswoman. She understands the responsibility she assumes when representing clients in possibly the biggest investment of their lives. Jennifer does not take her job lightly. She relies on her experience as a paralegal to guide clients through the buying and selling process, making sure they have a clear understanding of contracts and disclosures before being asked to sign.
Jennifer lives with her husband in Laguna Niguel and in her spare time enjoys riding and training her Canadian Warmblood horse in the jumper division.
